I made this tonight but with chocolate chips instead of an Easter Egg and a dash of soy milk instead of cream & more like a teaspoon of syrup- so I guess I was very much improvising on your theme but in any case it was pretty successful. The daughter of the house loved it.
Chocolate is chocolate. Easter eggs is just what I happen to have lying around (well, OK, I also have blocks lying around as well, but it was just the right size, and saved me from having to crack open a new block...)
Any leftovers keep for a couple of days too. Which means chocolate for breakfast tomorrow...

Possibly Kirsh and a chocolate liqueur (plus maybe raspberry syrup?) would work better?
