Yesterday evening my gas heater - which had finally been de-plasticised - inexplicibly failed to ignite. There was gas, but the piezo wasn't working. Then last night the fan heater in the cave decided that it would emit some white smoke. Sheeps are probably thicker skinned or something, plus the whole lanolin and wool probably helps.

Home-baked pita? Was it a PITA or easy?

As is spanking the bread.

Have you tried freezing them, or do they not last long enough to be an issue?

Had my first go at bread baking the other day, was merely a packet soda bread (I added nuts!) but it worked out well and leads me to have more confidence.

I have seen too many fan heaters explode while I was watching them to ever trust them being on whie I was out of the room.
