I don't know if you would be interested or not but I have just created a new forum for teens. The forum has topics of all kinds including entertainment discussion, a place to show off your photos, advice sections, games, and just general chit chat. You can have your own avatar and signature and you can even change the way the forum looks to you. It's new so it's really slow at the moment but every forum had to start somewhere.
