What the fuck ever. That chick is totally exaggerating. It doesn't get nearly as cold in Vermont in the winter as it does in Minnesota, trust me, after 4 years of college in Minnesota, I know. Minnesota gets so cold because there's nothing to stop the cold winds off the prairie, Vermont is just a cozy sort of cold and winter.
