Didn't write my food down today but did a pretty good job (I think) of keeping track and I'm well within my range. Thought I was going to have some fruit this evening but my stomach feels funny after my workout.
Lose 10% of my body weight = 17 lbs. I've lost 8 pounds already so I'm feeling pretty good about it. Already starting to think about my next goal, but I don't want to get ahead of myself. Only 9 more pounds to reach my first goal.
