I seem to be alone but I like #2 better. I think the focus of the image (the door & window) are better "placed" in that one, with less street and more shadow above it..

I like the top one the best because there is more to look at. The bottom one feels too focused on the doors. Also, with the top one, it feels more like the viewer could walk into the scene.

I'd go with #2 - however, on either, I would crop a smidge off of the lefthand side to get rid of that parial pipe. :)
