sorry to do this to you, but i like number 2. more headroom is nice, and i prefer more neg space than busy space. oh and dont you dare crop the left hand side. i love the little sign. if the pipe bothers you retouch it out.

i like 2 but the shadow bugs me on both.

my eye is treating the street as dead space. less dead space the better of course. #1 is a little more harsh to watch. #2 flows better, or something.
