My mom is coming up on one year cancer free. Her surgery went fine, they got everything, her recovery was about 4 weeks, though she might have pushed it and come back to work too soon. But it's been almost a year and she's doing awesome. She has a check up next month and then she will only have to see her doctor once a year to make sure it doesn't ( Read more... ) -

My grandparents house is almost completely cleaned out. Me and my mom spent Monday ripping up carpet. Tuesday Paul is going over there with Adam and a heat gun to get the glue and the carpet out of the hall and kitchen. Once that is done I think all we need is to get an appraiser in there. Fitty Goals
My goal for last summer was to run the trail from beginning to end without stopping (about 2.5 miles) I didn't even come close. I think I ended the summer with a solid .5 without stopping (I did a mile at the gym one time but it was a fluke and couldn't be replicated ( Read more... ) -

With Paul and Michelle's help, and a bit of sweat and swearing and long hours, my spare room is really turning into something. Michelle gave me a very lovely white cushioned high backed chair. Just went a little hormonal and emptied our bedroom closet on the stairs. I threw out everything we haven't touched in over 6 months, re-arranged, and organized. The Monday after Thanksgiving me and Paul drove out to Boston to see TGA for the second time. Second time for me, like 4th or 5th time for him.
