Well yesterday I managed to fast. i had 2 spoons of honey in the evening because I felt so weak. I felt bad about it after but I think I needed it. Still fasting today - I have had peppermint tea, enzymes and psyllium. I am staying with a friend tonight and she is making me juice for dinner. Had a good weekend (if you exclude the non raw parts of it). Yesterday P and i went to Spittlefields market - there are loads of organic vegetables to buy there plus a few juice and raw food stands. Last night I rode a beautiful horse called Blue. I was so nervous as it had been a while since I had ridden, but i was great. There is something so wonderful about working closely with an animal. I am currently thouroughly enjoying a quinoa salad with mushrooms, radish, redpepper, carrot, spinach and a little sea salt. One problem I have with eating is that i eat too fast and then carry on eating after I am full. i am finding with raw food you have to chew it more so you cant eat it fast and therefore the meal is way more satisfying.

I want february to be as close to a 100% raw month as possible. I have tried to go completely raw and I have made big changes but I havent really properly tried! Trying where I have to eat salads out when my friends tuck in to burgers and chips.
