i have just returned from France where i have been skiing for a week in Val Thorens. out of this world. I'm no great sports person but i can ski and i love it. I plan to finish my packing tonight then leave for sweden tomorrow night. Made some inspiring enquiries about the posibility of enrolling of a naturopathy course. We will see what the future brings.

Peter got to the airport on thursday morning to find that the company he was supposed to be flying to poland with had gone bust. He lost alot of time and money. he has now had to skip poland and yesterday he flew directly to sweden. So he was in a pretty bad mood. Janes party now had an extra guest (4 people rather than 3). Yesterday was a good day.

I ate:
Raw salad for lunch with spincah and alfalfa sprouts
3 small clementines in the afternoon
2 handfulls of pumpkin seeds
Raw vegan sushi rolls for dinner

Today:
carrot and apple fresh juice for breakfast
1 banana
2 clementines
mixed raw salad

.......but the day is still young so lets hope i continue well.....

I am ashamed to even admit to myself what I ate (and drank) over the weekend. As dreadful as it sounds I wish i had less of a social life at the moment so I could really get a grip with my raw food conversion. :(

I guess every mondy is a starting again day for me.....

Yesterday went bad. I ate a few chocolates in the office as there was a big tin going round (someone had brought a load in for christmas). I didnt feel so bad about this because my day had been 100% raw until then. I went to they gym to make myself feel a little less guilty anyhow. Got home and K had invited J over for dinner. Well, I wanted to skip dinner altogether last night because I had over indulged so much over the weekend. I ended up at P's house and i thought about food all the way.
