ugh, i don't know what is happening with my shoulder/back
can't turn my head from side to side or up and down w/out bad pain
my physical therapist said she visually see the knots in my back just by looking, without touching it.
i want to be able to move again without wincing.

Awwww, sugah. I'm so sorry. Let me know if there is anything any of us can do to help you out. If you and your sister, with your respective bad pains, don't feel up to movie watching tonight it's no big deal. Just let me know and we can reschedule, but neither of you should feel obligated to that if you need to deal with things.

I dreampt about you last night for the first time ever. All good and happy things, you laughing till you couldn't breathe sometime in the sunnny, sunny, seemingly far-distant spring.

I think we were eating as well. Big surprise.

i rarely dream about people i actually know irl, usually my dreams are filled with fictious people (or, at least, people i've not yet met). i'm glad i was happy & laughing in your dream, this can only bode well.

we must have more movie nights soon complete w/ deven's chai & lots of yummy food. *big hugs*

are you getting massage therapy?? Please consider that, especially myofascial release therapy.

yes, my physical therapist does massage (myofascial release) on me (that's what our sessions are comprised of almost entirely of) and i also sometimes supplement it w/ additional massage when i can afford it.

I know the wallingford clinic has really cheap acupuncture. My friend alexstx21 whom you met on new year's would be a good person to talk to. She is really quite magical and effective with energy issues and pain.
I am sorry you're hurting. I bet you current mental and emotionnal issues aren't helping that situation either. It's all connected as you know...
Hugs and have courage.

No fun. I'm so sorry your pain issues seem to be getting worse and not better. I'd try the acupuncture, especially since you have a referral to someone good.

Hugs from Atlanta where we've been offline due to yucky upper respiratory stuff. I'm finally able to be vertical again.
