Here's a deee-licious black bean stew I made today. I give up on trying to provide exact measurements though... it's extremely guesstimated.

It turned out better than I expected. I had something in mind but didn't know if I could make it materialize, but this is a pretty good realization of my imagined stew. This is fun, all this cross-continental recipe exchange! We'll let you know when we try some of the recipes you posted recently.
