Okay, so of late I've been more fond of chocolate than at any previous period in my life. Although I'm still not quite close to being the chocolate-fiend that several of my friends are.

If you've never tasted Lake Champlain Chocolate Truffles from Vermont, you haven't lived!

My brother Dan sends me them every winter. (they won't ship when it's too warm b/c it ruins the chocolate!) I have been known to hide them from the rest of the family. Pricey? rather! http://www.lakechamplainchocolates.com/dept.aspx?pn_DeptID=7 But oh my!

wow, those look good too! my favorites in vancouver are almost as pricey (although in canadian dollars). i don't blame you for hiding them :)... i have a bad habit of doing that w/ really high quality food that i'm not sure others would fully appreciate as much as i, guess a little selfish streak shining through!
