My Dr. is suggesting that I eliminate dairy and egg for a month or so to see if it might be helpful. I started recently so that I can be done in time to have an egg-a-licious birthday cake with lots of buttery frosting. Here's a website I stumbled upon the other day that has a whole food section showing yummy-looking vegan recipes, some raw, some not. Maybe it will gie you some inspiration? It does for me, though cooking is hard now! I myself can't eat soy or cruciferous veggies or cabbage or kale, or fuzzy fruits, and I really need to cut down/out on wheat and dairy, too...they make me worse, it's just hard! I hear you loud and clear. I'll send more as I find it if you like!
