i miss you too. i miss everybody. i've been so insulated lately, i've barely talked to anyone outside of the four people (now three) that lived in this house. and it's great, i love them all dearly, but i do miss other people.
i'm really bummed we never got to hang out when you were here in auburn.
i've been thinking about travelling somewhere. i'm so jealous of everyone getting to go on these big long drives.
krista drove all the way back to new orleans. jeremy just drove to tennessee and back.
i'm tired of having to go to work each day and have nothing exciting to look forward to except sleep.
so you might find me on your doorstep one of these days. i'll be sure to let you know first though, of course.
and yeah, i read your journal pretty frequently, so i was aware of the name change, and i think i've got a pretty firm grip on the reasoning behind it, but it'd be cool to hear more about it.
if you still have access to a phone, you can totally call me anytime.
i miss you tooo. it was really good to see you a few months ago. althought, i get the feeling radiohead will have a new album out before we ever get to drive around and finish listening to hail to the thief. unless you want to come ride the bus around auburn with me and a boom box. which isn't totally out of the question haha. we were down around where (i think) your apartment is a while ago when we got stuck in the rain and the girl that works at razz berry brought us back to her apartment to dry off. i was going to come say hi but i didn't know which house was yours :(
but we should definitely talk or hang out or something soon. because i do miss our 9340538450934 hour conversations.
oh boo, you were on westcott? too bad you couldnt get a hold of me, it wouldve been exciting to see ya. were going to have to keep in touch.. i believe dave still has my number..
oh yeah. the book bonanza is long over. it was the 8th and 9th i think. it started at 9am on the 8th. i got there at 8:30 thinking i'd beat everybody to the punch... and instead got to the end of a line that was about 100 people long. the people were crazy too, all kicking and punching and pushing people out of the way, afraid someone else might get something they wanted.
you snooze you lose allison.
but if you ever come over to hang out with us (neverrr) i'll let you smell my books. because they're all old and smell awesome. haha

I miss you! Really! No joke.
Come visit Philly. You've got a place to crash and chill out.
xo,
devin.
[okay, so I've changed my name. And if you've kept up with my journal at all, you might know why.. But if not, we can talk about it.]
