Urameshi Yuusuke Kisa hasn't met Yuusuke, so far as I am aware. This could be wrong. I am all for being wrong!
On the other hand, Simon has met Yuusuke once I believe, when they were talking about underwear and how one would go about washing it (or in Yuusuke's case, not wearing it at all). Simon is scandalised by this complete breach of propriety, especially announcing that Yuusuke's going commando to the entire camp. So yeah, Simon's impression of Yuusuke is that he is utterly scandalous, shocking and no sense of propriety. Obviously Simon needs to talk to Yuusuke more, oh yes.
Roy MustangKisa is utterly charmed by Roy. She's aware of his source canon, but is keeping quiet about it because that's incredibly rude. That said, he's a complete charmer in the way that Hiro isn't (sorry, Hiro, but you're a bit of a brat!) and if they interacted any more, Kisa'd probably have a bit of a crush on Roy. It's kinda cute in its hero-worship way. I actually wouldn't mind doing something with this later on, if you wouldn't mind, 'cause

Padme Naberrie Kisa is unfortunately not only very aware with Star Wars canon but is friends with Padme's grandson. So she's got a little bit of hero worship, especially given that, you know, she was a queen at fourteen, whereas Kisa's still at school!
Simon, unfortunately, hasn't met Padme that I'm aware of.
Meer Campbell Kisa, oddly, thinks of Meer as being very sweet and well-intentioned and very much a girly girl. She's fascinated by the pink hair and the happy personality, although she hasn't really had the courage to go up to Meer and say hi. Chances are, even if she did, Meer's sheer effervescent personality would scare the living shit out of Kisa. It'd be good for her!
Simon has met Meer...and has offended her about three seconds after meeting her. It's a common thing. He sees her as being not particularly bright, shallow, interested in what the surface holds and utterly uninteresting.
Shinn AsukaKisa slots right into Shinn's "little sister" category for camp and that suits her fine. She's worried that he's always

Kisa says you should smile more, dammit. Okay, seriously? Kisa thinks Hisoka is a very nice boy who has gone through some utterly dreadful things and if she ever met the people who did it to him, she'd ... look at them and wibble. Having met Tsuzuki and how Hisoka loosens up around him, Kisa approves of Hisoka's not-boyfriend-who-totally-is. This is a rare thing given that Kisa's the younger girl friend and therefore has High Standards for her adoptive brothers/friends. She has a bit of an understanding of how much it would suck to be an empath at camp, and she's happy that Hisoka's sorta happy. She's also delighted that Hisoka and Hiro are sharing a cabin because they will be good for each other in their antisocial "interrupt our reading and DIE" way. And that is an awesome thing

If Muraki ever came to camp, Kisa would not be allowed within half the camp's distance of him unless Oriya was nearby to kick Muraki in the head repeatedly.
Buffy Summers Kisa...totally looks up to Buffy liek whoa. Seriously. It's actually quite entertaining how much she idolises Buffy, and imagines her to be utterly perfect in every way. Kisa's also using her as a bit of an impetus to regain some power in her life, as in "Buffy wouldn't be scared, Buffy wouldn't wait for Tohru to come back, Buffy would make things better and then when Tohru comes back she can be delighted that I've got friends now!". Chances are, this is possibly a little unnerving for Buffy, but Kisa hasn't really noticed.
Simon thinks of Buffy as being competent. He's grateful that she and Kon helped with Kaylee who is the other big person in his life, he's aware that she's capable of small kindnesses that mean a hell of a lot more than most people would be aware of and she doesn't laugh at him too much.
Anne Shirley Kisa hasn't met Anne. This makes me sad. Redheads of the world unite!
Simon only knows of Anne through Wesley. Considering that he thinks that Wes has a crush on Kaylee ... yeah.

Anyway, you're correct - only Simon has met Lex. He'd like to recommend that you and Clark just have sex already, preferably outside the barrier so that no-one dies. Okay, so he hasn't actually thought that, but he will! Anyway, Lex. Very polite, very wealthy, very ... exactly like Simon was. It both annoys Simon and makes him intensely homesick, interacting with Lex, because Lex's personality archtype is one that Simon would have interacted with a lot and it makes him sad because he can't really do that any more. And because he is a sad panda in any case. So, basically, Lex is a Symbol of Home and everything that entails. So basically Lex is walking emo!
...does that make Simon into one of the comic book heroes now?
