I tried something a little different for me with this one. A little experiment. But it seems no one enjoyed it enough to say something... Back to the drawing board. I liked it at least. I may file it away for my eyes only.

I don't do expression like this very well, in my opinion, and generally keep away from writing such as this. That you felt enthralled and saw the tenderness means quite a bit to me.

This one was a perplexing one for me -- I felt revealed and hidden in the same breath. I think I curtailed myself somewhat -- such a public forum can be daunting. Yet, good for the writer to grow.

I'm sorry if I came across as a brat in my own comment to this piece -- it's been a taxing day and I am out of sorts.

It wasn't so much wanting a pat on the back. I felt bad that the piece did not seem to register with anyone -- The feeling was all about the writing.
