[Suddenly a voice shouts out from nearby...]

Take this, you bastard!

[Like a missile, Adell comes hurtling through the air, delivering a thoroughly devastating flaming punch to the jaw of the fire-spitting demon. Oh yes. He may not be able to fly, but he jumps good.]

THE FLOWER SHOP IS ON FIRE]

N-NOOOOO! The flowers!

[Don't mind her, guys, she's just going to try dashing over to the shop now.]

[brb, Aku is going to be sent flying by that attack. When he gets his second wind back though, he's going to retaliate by assuming the form of a massive spider form and be shooting eye lasers in multiple directions to try and take care of the three.]

[Stahn weaves in between the lasers. Looks like getting hit by one of those would be very, very bad.

Once he's right in Aku's personal space? He'll attack.]

Tiger Blade! Beast! [He delivers a powerful two-slash combo with his sword, and then finishes it up with a blast of bestial energy that has naturally high knockback.]

[Following up on Stahn's knockback strike, Adell leaps high into the air after avoiding a couple of laser blasts, concentrating his Mana power into his hands...]

Lion's Roar!

[A blast wave of raw energy surges forward and will target Aku while he's still trying to recover. ...Watch out, it'll explode in the instant after it hits!]

[Flonne doesn't even notice the lasers, even if one just missed her. FLOWERS ARE ON FIRE. PRIORITIES.

[So after having the shit knocked out of him and conveniently managing to not cause collateral damage by landing on any buildings, Aku will come back with a vengeance with razor sharp claws. But not just two sets, but four. His target in particular is Adell.]

[You made a big mistake by only targeting one, Aku, and he's not about to let his friend get torn to shreds.]

Tempest! ...Rising Phoenix! [He jumps into the air and does several forward somersault slashes to cover ground. Then, at the end of his attack, he finishes it up with a forward dive from the air, sword outstretches and covered in flames, taking the shape of a phoenix.]

[Those talons are serious business. As Aku draws closer, Adell makes it a point to focus on evading the claw attacks. Thankfully for him, Aku's strikes aren't well calculated, and he's able to get away with unscathed. Fortunately for Aku, this constant assault has distracted him for long enough that he's not able to effectively retaliate yet.]

[Stahn's attack will work more spectacularly than he expected. Because that blow will cut Aku in half.

Only now there are two Akus to content with. One will take the form of a gorilla and dive at Adell with his own fists, the other will take on the form of a more agile monkey with razor hands and feet.]

[Hodamn, a monkey? That's not cool at all!

Leaving the gorillaku to Adell, Stahn focuses on the monkeyku. Those razors look deadly, so a wound from them would probably be fatal.]

Dragon Swarm! ...Searing Gale! [Starting off with a series of four slashes, one after another in a fluid sweep, and then flows into his next attack, where he spins around in a fiery cyclone, does a rising slash, then finishes with a falling stab that triggers a small explosion on impact with the ground.]

[So Apeku wants to play tough, huh? Adell will meet the gorilla's fist with his own. And once he stymies the assault on him with those giant fists, Adell kicks the demonic primate! A gout of flame erupts from his foot when it makes contact.]

[Monkeyku has started to learn from people and their tendency to name off attacks for no apparent reason. So he's already making use of the superior agility this form affords him when Stahn fires off the attack. Two of the slices hit him, but he avoids the rest. At first the explosion throws him off, but he flips back and lands on his hands, using the momentum to then go back towards Stahn, preparing to embed those sharp claws on both his hands and feet into Stahn's gut.

In the meantime, Apeku takes a kick to the gut. The impact is definitely there, but with no sense of pain associated with it, Apeku attempts to seize the leg so he can toss Adell towards a convenient building.]

[Stahn brings up his sword to block the claws from the hands, but his position is off, causing him to take the brunt of the clawed feet.]

Nngh! [He rears back, clutching his stomach. But now wasn't the time to worry about pain. He had to help stop this guy. So, charging back towards the monkey, he starts his next assault.]

Hell Pyre! Volcanic Rage! [He starts by doing a rising slash into the air, then throwing a large fire wheel towards the ground. Afterwards, a large culmination of fire magic surrounds him and shoots out in a series of fireballs that heads towards the monkey.]
