well.. the truth is you can lookat any diagnosis and pick out very similar things, which is why its so hard (and so easy for doctors to shove you on all kinds of meds) to really diagnose someone definately

It sounds to me working these long hours might fuck with your hormones or something, plus add that on top of everyday living conditions....and its normal. Your human.
