Bad news. I went to the bone marrow biopsy with Dad Friday, along with the consultation. THey said the "tandum transplant" we had planned on will not work. his disease is progressing rapidly and aggressively so we will need to have an allo transplant with a donor. OUr first prospect is his sister, my aunt who is being tested on tuesday. After that

Its from a donor but none of us were a match. We found him a match from Italy tho and are just waiting for him to go into hospital.

Mom is on oxycontin. She is sadly addicted (not that it matters). How many broken bones does your dad have?

Yeah, the addiction scares me. He has 7 fractured vertebrates that I know of. His right hip is fractured, and a part of his right femur. How many does your mom have?
