heyy everyone. long time no talk. Sorry about the lack of everything. I'm useless on here sometimes lol. Anyways, Dad is in remission. Today is day 78 and hes doing good. They want to put him on a feeding tube in two weeks if he doesnt gain any weight. He hasn't been able to eat cause he gets sick. So now all we are doing is eating eating eating. ( Read more... )

Bad news. I went to the bone marrow biopsy with Dad Friday, along with the consultation. THey said the "tandum transplant" we had planned on will not work. his disease is progressing rapidly and aggressively so we will need to have an allo transplant with a donor. I'm that girl that's always happy -- the one who never has problems, and when I do, they don't get to me. Everyone sees me as the one they can count on to put a smile on their face because as far as they know, I always have one on mine. No one looks any deeper than that.

And do my parents have to be notified?
