Holy shit- three years in Biology. You could start there right now and probably graduate at the same time you will out of Chicago. Actually, it looks like we're all scheduled to graduate in Spring of 08, right?

I hope Latin goes well for you. I took three years of it in high school, which I'm sure is the equivalent of 1 month in college. Anyway, I found it to be far less than horrible, which is saying something because I usually hate any non-science class.

Spring of '08 would be pretty quick from me. The requirement is 9 terms (at 3 terms per academic year), meaning yes, spring of '08 would be on schedule. But we'll see how that goes. Apparently most people take another term - and the summer before it - so that would be something like December of '08 instead of June. But I have no reason to hang around unnecessarily.

As for Latin, the professor seems really cool, and we have classes set up for Thursday and Friday afternoons. I think it's fairly low-key, but I have yet to experience an actual class. He said 2 hours of class time and 2 hours of preparation per week, though, so even if it's double that in preparation, that's not so bad.
