Well, my kitty from last post died October 24, 2018.
I've been struggling with my chronic conditions.
I had bunion surgery a month ago.
I've been struggling this past week. I was reminded I have P.M.D.D. and asked if I took my meds. Nope, forgot. Just took now.
I've been in counseling for over a year now. Working on my past and present.

Not for the happy
No, I wasn't a teen in 2000 when Hybrid Theory by Linkin Park was on air but I could relate to every song, every emotion. Finally I could sing aloud what I'd kept quiet. Raw, free....

Seeing the difference
So...I've been feeling fat and annoyed with diabetes and all the meds I'm on with all the work I'm doing to get off them but am not seeing it.
It really hit home this past weekend at my nephews wedding. (Sudden for them but we'll discuss another time)

ugh
I've had stiff neck for over a week. My chriopractor is of until tomorrow so I'm trying to get an appoinment but in the mean time....running is eh. Ofcourse it's that lovely monthly thing so I have cramping and pain. I know walking is supposed to help so I figured running should, so I push through the pain but it doesn't go. My Fluffy, My Godson's High School Graduation
Hard to believe it's been 18+ years Since Fluffy was born....and today he graduated high school. Such a sweet young man. Raised well. His name was announced and he walked across the stage, made the sign of the cross and pointed heavenward. I didn't get a picture of it but ....so sweet. Below are some pictures of his day:

So happy, kayaking at last
This has been a day I've been waiting for three years for. I am in good physical health. Yes I'm running better than three years ago and kayaking isn't painful except that I'm not used to paddling and have to remind my muscles. Here's some pics:

Ugh...
My computer at work has been....dufficult all week. Someone from India has been trying to patch but doesn't get time difference and my work hours. Days she will patch at 12 when I go to lunch but the sends email at 12:45 asking if she can do it now. First, I'm at lunch. Second, I'm logged off so can't see emails until I come back from lunch to log ( Read more... )
