We have those kinds of spiders here, but they don't get near that big. Yikes!

Dude, I clicked another link on that page about a family who had 3 family pets eaten by wild pythons. A few weeks ago one tried to swallow their cat, but just killed it. Then on Sunday a small one got their guinea pig, and on Monday a big one got their dog! It ate their dog while they watched and threw chairs at it to make it stop! By the time the guys from the zoo got there it just had the back legs and tail hanging out of its mouth! OMG!!!!!! That is seriously frightening!!!!!

That's Queensland. Queensland is a strange sort of timewarp place where prehistoric monsters roam the land and everyone acts like it's the 1970s.

Melbourne, OTOH is a perfectly civilised place largely free from deadly wildlife (with extremely mild, if extremely unpredictable weather).
