It's snowing!
Big, beautiful snow flakes are falling like crazy! Beautiful sight. But I'm glad I don't have to live in it all winter. Seeing it every few years makes it all the more special. (We did have snow for about 15 minutes in December, but it didn't stick.) -
I just have to say
that the Jello Mousse Temptations are most tasty.
I picked some up last night. They are my diet secret weapon. Only 60 calories of num! -
Weird, weird day
At about 9:55 this morning, my training class let out for a break. I was in the break room getting coffee when I heard a loud thud and the building shook. A few seconds later, people were streaming into the hallway, screaming, "The building's on fire!" A few seconds later we found out it was the building next door that was on fire ( Read more... ) -
Car won't start
I hope it's just the battery. G's friend is supposed to pick him up in a little while to take him to get a new battery for the car. If it still doesn't start, I guess we'll be spending money we don't really have to get it fixed. Cross your fingers it's just the battery ( Read more... ) -

Isaac went icicle hunting this morning. It was 16° when he went outside. Occasionally, he opened the door long enough to thrust a huge icicle inside long enough for me to look at it. It has been really cold the past few days. I know you folks up north are probably giggling maniacally at my notion of cold, but we're breaking low temperature records ( Read more... ) -
