i had a crappy day

blame it on the weather, the cold dank dark day.  blame it on wanting to yell at my immuno prof for being a dumbass and calling my PI, one of THE leading innate immunologists wrong, or being disappointed by my stats prof's confusion.  blame it on the unwarranted parking ticket, or feeling kind of lonely.  but i feel rather meh. 

this is the first day it's genuinely rained since i've been here, which has been almost a month.  when that hit me today, it was like i got suckerpunched.  everything has just kind of flowed nicely and smoothly.  classes started, orientation was okay, and i settled in well when i moved in.  it almost feels like somehow i belong here, and the fun ( Read more... )
