beforehand, it was about 4000 a day. then, i dropped it. when i started dieting, it was roughly 1500 a day, but i wasn't exercising. i boosted it up to 2000 a day, and that wasn't enough because i was working out so much. i was eating anywhere between 2500-3000 for a while there because i was running 4 miles, and working out A LOT. i burned about 1500 a day just from working out.

about 6 months for the first 75 pounds...and the rest has been over the course of about 3 months
