Just got back from a 4-day trip. It was a lot of fun; I flew with a really great other flight attendant, Cassie Roberts. We had a blast; the two of us got along so perfectly! I don't know how many of you already read this, but the Governator decided to veto the California Same-Sex Marriage Bill.  Another blow against us.  You know, it just seems ridiculous.  I'm not the biggest activist, but when things like this happen, it just makes me sad.  It frustrates and embarrases me at how conservative this country has become ( Read more... )

Yesterday was nice, John came over around 3 or so. I first showed him the new apartment, then we did some small shopping for it. Got the bathroom color scheme picked out and some ideas for the rest of the stuff in it. I'm trying not to spend too much money since it will be an additional $200 or so a month to live there.
