Kina, from her spot on the couch, watching her owner be a sillypants, had to be the one to notice Alfred first. Sitting up after a while, she let out a loud bark, which made Maggie look at her, then sort of twirl in the direction the Newfoundland was looking.
Oh. And then she was stopping, turning bright red as she did.
"... 'Sup, Al?"

She shifted her weight from one foot to the other a few times, then went over to turn down her music. Not off, just down, in case he disappeared soon so she could get back to enjoying herself.
