i told my mum about what's going on for me. i wan't going to but last night after i ate dinner i had a HUGE panic attack and if i hadn't promised to my boyfriend i wouldn't make myself throw up, i would have. anyway, i was really scared. it was like i could feel the fat from dinner just seeping into me, invading my body, it was seriously scary. and ( Read more... )

Hey my name is Becca. I was am ana recover-er.. I hope that makes since. I was 5"5 and 115 pounds at 18. Keep in ming I had muscle b/c I danced everyday, and ran track. But I never ate. And if I even ate a small amount and then ran I would throw up. I had a huge problem. But then I met my husband Chris and I kept it a secret until he moved to Temple where I was living, and falling in love has made me recover....(if there is such a thing) BUT! I am now a healthy weight and it drives me crazy!!! I am miserable. I think about my body all day every day it is a constant reminder.
My husband is in the Navy and when he is gone i slip back into it. But when he is her I have to eat! We live together. I am trying to go about keeping my weight off a healthy way so her is a go... I know that all was kinda pieced and may not have made since. But I was trying to make it quick. You can do it just be strong. It sounds like you have good support.

Hey I am confused. So you are 5'6 and you weigh 95 pounds? wow that is super skinny do you have any pics? so how are you holding up? are you still working out? hang in there

sorry, no pics yet, and i'm managing pretty well i guess. unlike you i have no muscle, so any weight i do have is fat, which is lighter than muscle anyway, so it's not as amazing as it seems. i guess it's skinny by normal standards but it's not like i'm emaciated or anything. as for working out, i am a lazy bitch so i tend to just restrict a lot. anyway, add me?
