Involuntary twitch? Tell me about that. (Where?Is it REALLY bad?Does it hurt?How does it feel when it happens?Do you get light headed?)

Usually, twitches are normal. It happens even when you sleep. It'd probably help if you tell your officemates that a symptom of a seizure is uncontrollable trembling/shaking especially in the extremities which is way more than a twitch. It's like, multiple non-stop twitching episodes.
