The night, once my sanctuary, is now my most reviled enemy.

I am anxious pending its looming arrival. Everyday the unease creeps upon me. It has been stalking me since dawn.

I have long been analyzing this, as to not jump the gun, as it were, but I am now ready to deduce that I am indeed capable of foretelling the future.

However, there are conditions:

1. The future comes to me in a dream.
2. It is always vague.
3. It does not come into fruition for quite some time.

Sanity comes for but minutes at a time. It leaves as quickly as it comes, and not always everyday does it grace my presence with its clarity and wisdom. My grasp about my own mind is slipping into something that is not my own.

There is a movie, my favorite movie coincidentally, called Kikujiro. It takes place in Japan, during summer break. Masao, the young star, wishes to go see his mother, whom he has never before met. Insomnia is now a daily routine, something written down in my (ne pas) planner. See it? It's right there next to, not sleeping.
