So far she is proving to be a handful, much like her father was.

I only get to see Abigail once a year, but she seems to be growing up well. Her grandma (my aunt) is finally learning the patience she didn't have when raising Chris.

Such a shock when young people die suddenly. Likely the people with him were too much under the influence themselves to think clearly. A tragedy all around. I'm sorry for your loss. This must have been difficult to write. Hugs for you and Abigail.

It was easier to write than I thought it would be. I think a part of me still doesn't believe he is gone even though it has been four years.

I used to work in an emergency room, and these things happen so much more often than they should.

I'm so sorry it happened to your cousin. I wish the best for his daughter and the rest of your family as you all remember him.

A tragic tale too many families suffer through. Horrible the person who left him to die is still at large. There is, of course the idea he had OD'd himself since or is in prison for drugs.
