Someone in the libertarian community said something along the lines of this: For Republicans, freedom means morality. For Democrats, freedom means equality. For Libertarians, freedom means freedom. I think that statement is obvious biased towards Libertarians, but is more or less true. Republicans prize morality; Democrats prize equality;
