Promotions.. of a sorts times two

So I've been promoted at work. To Shift Supervisor.. Not truly Management yet but I am in most ways. Luckily that's supposedly short lived. I should be promoted to full management and salary in 6 to 8 weeks. I've complained about this job before and there's times and things that still make no logical sense whatsoever but that's the service industry
