Thank you! I really think that's the saddest part, too, and writing it was actually quite difficult, just because it made me feel so bad for them both. But I love angst too much, so I really just had to write it! :)

I find myself thinking the same thing sometimes! Of course, I also think there's a lot more depth to explore in characters when you deal with the more depressing and difficult subjects...I actually have a hard time writing happier fics. Odd, yeah?

Thank you! I love to bring angsty joy to people! It is clearly much better than the usual brand of chipper, cheerful joy because angst is always just made of awesome. :D

And, yes, I think I'll stay far away from watching "Jesus Camp". I'm not in the mood to depress myself this evening! Instead, I will imagine a world filled with people who AREN'T completely crazy.
