Eh, nothing is pure. The Incas had ritual sacrifices and slavery. Is that pure? The grass is always greener.

a good point... every culture has their downsides (too bad the down side of American culture is that EVERYTHING sucks) Americans ritually sacrifice freedom and the poor are still slaves (and let's not even mention America prior to 1865)
