So I thought I was dying today. I’ve been having chest pain on and off for a couple of days now. Last night it was worse than it had been. Yeah, you totally should ignore anything your mother says, as she's an idiot. Maybe she happens to be right and maybe she doesn't, but I certainly wouldn't listen to her opinion on the subject as it's likelier to be the latter than the former in general, I think.

The thing is my mom might be right about the house if the current owners have kept it in good condition. If it’s falling apart and can’t be winterized it wouldn’t be worth it due to the amount of money I’d be paying in repairs and heat/electric. If it is in decent condition it wouldn’t be a bad investment. $430/mo rent plus heat/electric which would vary on the season/house, internet/toys, and a house payment. I would also get to have pets, a yard, and a garden.

I don’t know. I’ll have to look into it. I think the biggest thing would be trying to find a roommate that I could get along with.

i have to say that living with someone your not sleeping with sucks.

but you can likely talk to person down some too. since used trailers are hard to sell.

and lastly do you really want to live that close to your mom? any way you slice it it's less then a mile away. thats the only reason she supports it.
