Why hasn't Motherboy, the traditional dance attended by a woman and her son, taken off in fandom? It's not any wackier than a coffeeshop AU.

So, there's thing inspired by an XKCD comic called the Up-goer 5, which you can find here: http://splasho.com/upgoer5/

It spellchecks your writing so that you have to create sentences using only the 1000 most commonly used words in the English language. Some of the movie descriptions done with it are hilarious, and I want to see what meme can come up with! So, if you're in the mood, write a description of your favorite canons using the Up-Goer 5 and let other nonnies try to guess what it is.

[An easy one to start]A boy has really good powers but lives with a bad family in a small place. His uncle and aunt hit him and give him no food many times. One day it is the day he became a baby. A flying animal is at his door with a letter. It is a letter for good school in a big big house far away where there is an old man and many children. His uncle and aunt are really mad and they all drive away to a little house far away. A big man with a pink rain thing comes and makes his not brother a pink heavy ( ... )

A doctor is very mean but also good at being a doctor. He figures out what's wrong with people and yells at them a lot. His best friend is much nicer but also sometimes lies a lot. The other doctors that work for him sometimes love him and sometimes hate him. He believes that everyone lies and everyone is sad and no one will ever actually change.

Have a House story

So, this doctor has a bad thing, it will kill him. This other doctor loves the first doctor and he wants to fix him, but he can't. He is very sad. He does a stupid thing and the police want to lock him up, so he runs away. He pretends he is dead in a fire.

The sick doctor is very sad but then he finds out it is only pretend and both doctors ride away from the hospital on things that have two tires. Because they love each other very, very much they make each other very, very happy and the sick doctor doesn't die. And they do many fun things and live together for the rest of their lives.

A boy and his teacher set out to kill all the people who hurt him and who killed his parents. They have lots of fun on the way. So much fun they may never finish the job at all.

That was surprisingly easy, actually. Maybe I should try a harder one.

A baby man from outer space fell into the land of together states and got picked as a son by a family there that grew things in the land. the baby man from outer space grew up into a very strong person who could fly and send fire from his eyes and could not get hurt by anything except a kind of rock from the outer space world he came from. He became a well known good person who saved a lot of other people who were not as strong as he was and he worked with a lot of other good people sometimes too. But no one could know about how strong he was or the other things he could do so most of the time he pretended to be a news paper man. He changed clothes in a phone box when he needed to go and save other people. When he was pretending to be a news man he worked with a cool woman who did not like him because she thought he was a different person from the strong good flying man who saved people.

In my head he loves a man who dresses like a flying small animal.

Some kids are stuck in a school and have to kill each other to get out. Then the kids who didn't kill anyone have to figure out who did, or everyone will be killed except the person who killed first. That kid gets to leave. Except that never happens because it's a game - of course you don't get killed, except if you're bad at it and get a game over.

I don't know what it says about me, but this is pretty much exactly how I'd describe Dangan Ronpa.

This has "kids" and "game" in it and makes no sense, so I assume it's Homestuck.
