Also thinking of that nonny in that Skyfall mini-wank 2 or 3 posts ago who said they read Q as queer in part because of how Ben Whishaw "carries himself." *frysquint* Or any kind of argument on queer "coding" that revolves around constructs of masculinity/femininity.

The first few chapters of some Sherlock/John vampire AU that was so generic that I don't even remember the name of it now. I think it had 'blood' in the title, shockingly enough. John eats someone and it's terribly tragic and he's a monster and what did you do to hiiiiiim, etc., etc. The Council does not approve, of course.

Scenes From a Marriage (http://archiveofourown.org/works/943576), a Dishonored arranged-marriage AU for two minor characters. I've played the game but never read much fic for the fandom, so I clicked on this in a "what the hell, it might be interesting and the SPAG looks decent" frame of mind, but I ended up getting really drawn into it. Kind of a nice surprise for my afternoon.
