Make a list of your participating f-list (or, just the ones you want!) Separate them into naughty and nice columns. Check it twice! For everyone on your nice list, make a 200x200 (or less) gift graphic that they might enjoy receiving. For everyone on your naughty list, google a 200x200 (or less) graphic of coal.
Upload your graphic to a private server, photobukkit, tinypic, or imageshack. Post it as an image to all your participating friends' "tree"s.
On Christmas morning, go back to your own tree post and unscreen all your comments.
