So we had our appointment with our Realtor today at 1pm to see that Tudor House in Elizabethtown I made mention about in THIS POSTNot that great of a home. Starting with the outside...The grounds are quite unkept, the pool - has not been used in a very, very long time and is in need of a great deal of TLC (read: lots of $$$ to get it fixed, etc

Couple of things to keep in mind. My co-worker just bought a house and right now its a buyers market. Just about anything can be had for not as much as you would think. About the offer of the house you like? Get your pre-approval for the mortgage and keep your eye on it. MANY times the offer is written with the contingency that they buyers own house sells first. A lot of times that fails to go through, if you've kept your eye on it, you might be able to snag it.

I don't see you much as townhouse people, but I like the look of 462. The right house will come up.
