Last night, while channel surfing we happened upon THE PATRIOT and stopped to watch for a while. I was in tears because 1) Heath is gone and 2) it was the scene where the one guy finds his wife and child had been killed and then shoots himself in the head...heart wrenching, simply heart wrenching.
As of Friday, January 16th - my weight was 214.7! Last Friday, I had GAINED weight. I was up to 218.5 so I'm really happy about the loss this week

So we went to the gym tonight as a family. It was kinda' stressful for me to rush home by 5:30pm, get dinner made, feed the kids and ourselves all before 6:30pm! ACK! Somehow we did it with time to spare so that helped me to relax a bit before heading over for our workouts

Ok, so on Friday when I got on the scale I was at 217.6 but today is the day I begin the "strict dieting" now that the Holidays are over

This morning my weight is 217.8 but considering all the junk I've been eating during this Holiday week, I'll take it! I'm happy I didn't gain more than that.
Well, I got on the scale this morning to get my official starting weight. 217.5 lbs.! I dropped 2.5 lbs. since I started preparing myself to diet. YAY!
That leaves only 32.5 lbs. to go before Wicked! That's my goal so we'll see how much of that I can actually lose in the next two months.
