My event went well. We had a good turn out despite bad weather (yucky rain, and some fears it would turn to snow later but that hasn't happened yet -- gotta love "wintry mix" forecasts). The movie is awesome, and the filmmakers are as cool as I expected them to be. And Jennifer did the thing I love best about her - stood up for young people in ( Read more... ) -

hike
i didn't take my camera, since i was worried i'd drop it and smash the little expensive neat toy into thousands of media bits, but i have found some pics online. i'm rather proud that i made it, since i never hike and almost never work out at all. it was 5 miles round trip, with the last bit being flat as you look back behind the rocky shore ( Read more... ) -
