Dad and Jo went for a visit this evening, and grandma was much improved. Although asleep when they arrived, she woke up and chatted properly. Her blood pressure is down to 190, which is much improved, and her heart rate is up a little now. The fluid must have drained off from around her heart too, so I've calmed down the worrying.
