To unlock a single entry, you go to the entry (or go to edit it, whichever comes first) and wherever you made it f-locked, you unlocked it (viewable to Everyone/Public, or something like that). As far as I know, there is no one f-locking blanket you place over your LJ that locks all your posts :P

I could just see Luna walking Trevor somewhere on a "leash." This was adorable :D
