I got turned down from a job today with the Dept of Social Services because I have a college degree. They told me that I was over qualified. I said fine, pay me the same amount you would pay someone without.  It was still a no go.  They tell me to apply to the higher up jobs, and they tell me that I need more experience....WHERE DOES IT END!  I am ( Read more... )
