As a fun side note, one of my fellow co-workers (my neighbor actually, who sings really loudly all the songs I hate on Rocket 101 when they come on or emails me lyrics) has taken to spelling all the so-called "big words" as I say them. Like she's in a spelling bee. And the ironic part is that they're usually spelled wrong. She cracks me up. ( Read more... )

Like everyone else, I'm a little swept up in the Harry Potter mania right now. I blame Roommate, Jake Kelley, and a sixth grader at my first real job for that. most unfair is that i am going to north carolina this weekend, meaning saturday morning about 4am. my poor book is going to sit between the screen door and inside door until mary lee comes to feed micah. so sad. but more time to re-read the others.
