I'm posting this in here, because the predator has 2 different accounts. ultimo_lugar came into the _florida room saying:

I don't see what's fake about it. Maybe he does just want to flirt in that community. Last I heard, us old farts (I'm 39) were still allowed on the internet, and a whole lot of folks enjoy the porn now and then. That doesn't make him a bad guy.

He pretended to be a happily married man who has no interest in sites like adultfriendfinder when he is so obviously obsessed w/ meeting people for that exact concept.

He's misleading people, & asking to meet up w/ people. I find that a bit scary. I have older people on my friends lists, even some who are guys & that's all fine & dandy... but misleading people like this obviously have something to hide.

I know that they met through mutual friends... I just referenced her because she & her attacker were both on LJ. Predators are on the internet... even LJ.

Yeah, there are predators, but there are like a hundred times more people who are just a little creepy. This guy just seems a little creepy to me. It seems like all his porn interests are cyber and phone stuff, and adult friend finder is for in person sex. So he doesn't seem to be faking anything -- just my opinion.

lots of people have multiple accounts- and also, i know a few people who have an extra, more secret account, dealing with their kinkier side. big deal. perhaps he was coming, with his regular account, to legitimately talk to people in a friendly, flirty way.

as far as flirting whilst married, big deal.

This guy is a fucking ASS. I used to talk to him on AIM. His real name is Anthony Hernandez. If I recall, he is married, and his wife has an LJ as well (I used to know her LJ name, but I've forgotten it).

He IS a predator, and I've worried for months about what might happen if he gets in touch with an underage girl. I can tell you, from experience, that he is very convincing and charming when he wants to be.

Asshole.

Because there was nothing to report. I am not underage (I'm 26), and although I think he is a creep, and MAY have the potential to be a predator, I have no proof that he has ever even been in contact with anyone who is underage.

While I do think he's got the personality type of a predator, like I said...nothing to report. Besides, I'm not even inside the US. What am I supposed to say, anyway? "Here's this guy. He's never done anything illegal that I know of, but he's a creep." I highly doubt that would do anything.

I just think the guy's an asshole and a jerk, and I would warn anyone not to be in contact with him at all. Not *necessarily* because he might do something sexual, but just because he's a jerk.
