It's been a pretty solid week.

Most my friends live out of town, so my social life has been pretty much nonexistent. But, I got a couple calls to go out this week, so it was nice to reaffirm that I do have a social life.

Wow. Totally, TOTALLY agree with you on the hatred for pubs, on every point. For every one of those reasons. I cannot stand the places. I'm ditching one of my close mates on her birthday because she's going on a loop of pubs/clubs in the city and I refuse. Does that make me a bad friend? Maybe, but at least I won't be an infuriated, bitter friend on her birthday.
